Riyadh - Mubasher: Investors in the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) are anticipating a series of important events in the upcoming week led by the general assembly meetings by GASCO and Wafa Insurance.

The Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa) will hold its extraordinary general meeting on Monday 28 November to amend the company’s procedures and elect a new board.

Meanwhile, National Gas and Industrialisation Company (GASCO) will hold its ordinary general meeting to elect a new board, and approve the board’s decisions in the last period.

Earlier, Salama Cooperative Insurance appointed Omar Mohammed Alajlani as the company’s new CEO, a decision that will come into effect starting Thursday 1 December.
