Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Bahrain International Exchange will hold its ordinary general meeting on 15 December to consider the board’s recommendation of distributing cash dividends for the fiscal year of 2015.

The company’s board has proposed a 10%-cash dividend, with a total value of KWD 462,000.

During FY15, profits decreased by 35.2% to reach nearly KWD 480,390 as compared to about KWD 741,820 in 2014.
