Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Al Jouf Agricultural Development on Sunday recommended the distribution of 10% cash dividends for the fiscal year 2016.

The proposed dividend payout will amount to SAR 30 million, the company said in a bourse statement issued on Monday.

Al Jouf clarified in the statement that “The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on the end of trading on the Annual General Meeting day scheduled for the first quarter of 2017.”
