Cairo – Mubasher: Golden Coast El Sokhna for Touristic Investment submitted a request to list the shares of its issued capital increase, according to a bourse statement.

The issued capital rose from EGP 20 to EGP 40, an increase by EGP 20 distributed on 5 million shares at EGP 4 par value.

The capital increase will be financed from FY15  registered and retained earnings.

The company’s shareholders approved raising the capital through distributing one-for-two bonus shares, according to a previous filing.
