Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Eshraq Properties’ board gave an approval on 10 December to appoint the main contractor for the Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) project.
The company did not unveil the transactions value, according to a bourse statement.
The deal does not have an impact on the stock’s price, the company added.
The stock rose 8.82% before the closure of Monday’s trading session to reach AED 1.11, its highest level in 12 sessions.
