Mubasher: Oman Education and Training Investment Company’s profits for the first quarter ended on 30 November 2016 rose by 14.79% to OMR 397,890 ($1.03 million) versus OMR 346,630 ($897,770) for the same period last year.

Total income increased 0.58% in Q1-16/17 by 0.58% to OMR 3.74 million from OMR 3.71 million for the same period a year ago, according to ma bourse filing.

The company earlier reported a net profit of OMR 1.05 million for the fiscal year ended on 31 August 2016, 19.2% down from OMR 1.3 million for the previous year.
