Cairo - Mubasher: El Nasr Clothing and Textiles (KABO) announced that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 17 January will discuss raising the company’s capital by EGP 130 million, according to a bourse filing.

The capital increase from EGP 338.6 million to EGP 468.6 million through the subscription of old shareholders at 0.38% per share.
