Cairo – Mubasher: Atlas for Land Reclamation and Agricultural Processing said Monday that its units, Atlas for Investments and Real Estate Development, will announce its new project on Ajyad Road in the 6th of October city, Giza governorate, with total investments of EGP 250 million.

Expected revenues from the project amount to EGP 390 million, booking will be opened in the first quarter of 2017, according to a bourse statement.

The project will be held on an area of 24 acres and will be executed over three years with target sales amounting to EGP 100 million in 2017.

The company plans to market the project in the GCC.

The stock closed Sunday’s session falling by 1.79% to EGP 7.69.
