Cairo – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting of El Nasr Clothing and Textiles (Kabo) approved increasing the company’s capital to EGP 468.6 million from EGP 338.6 million, said the company in a bourse filing.

The top-up will be effected through a call for existing shareholders to subscribe 0.38% per share.

Earlier, the company raised its capital from EGP 338.6 million to EGP 468.6 million.
