Mubasher: The board of Bank Dhofar has recommended a distribution of 25% dividends as 13.5% cash dividends and 7.5% bonus shares for the fiscal year 2016.

The dividend payout has a value of OMR 25.64 million, while the bonus shares will total 142.44 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

The recommendation will be discussed in the ordinary general meeting which will be held on 27 March, 2017.
