Kuwait – Mubasher: First Takaful Insurance said that its board members approved a proposal of merging with a company, according to a bourse statement issue on Thursday.

First Takaful is awaiting the other company’s approval for the merger in order to start with the required procedures.

On the stock level, First Takaful rose by 8% to reach 54 fils at Thursday’s open.
