Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Abdullatif Industrial Investment’s board recommended the distribution of cash dividends at 4% of capital for 2016.

The proposed dividends total SAR 32.5 million, represent SAR 0.40 per share, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

Shareholders of record at the end of the general assembly, which will be announced later, will be entitled of the dividends.

The company’s capital amounts to SAR 812.5 million, distributed over 81.25 million shares at a nominal value of SAR 10 per share.
