Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Fujairah Cement Industries Co. said its board proposed 6% cash dividends, equivalent to 6 fils per share, for the fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Recommended dividends payout amounted to AED 21.35 million for FY16.
The company’s capital stands at a total of AED 355.87 million, distributed on 355.87 million shares at AED 1 per share.
