Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) said Tuesday that its board of directors recommended distributing cash dividends of 24.52 fils per share for the fiscal year 2016.

The board invited set 2 April for the annual general meeting, subject to the approval of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Central Bank, according to a bourse filing.

The bank posted today a fall of 5% in its profits for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016 to AED 450 million ($122.5 million), compared to EGP 474 million ($129.03 million) for Q4-15.
