Mubasher: The board of Southern Province Cement recommended a cash dividend of 22.5% or SAR 22.5 per share for the second half of the fiscal year 2016.
The proposed dividends will have an overall value of SAR 315 million, according to a bourse filing issued on Thursday.
Southern Province posted a decline of 48% in profits during the fourth quarter to SAR 156 million from SAR 300 million in Q4-15.
