Dubai – Mubasher: The Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) said its shareholders will consider on Wednesday, 15 March, Al Futtaim Group’s request to allow GCC nationals to own up to 40% of the bank’s shares, according to a statement.

Approving this request is subject to regulatory approvals.

The shareholders will also discuss granting the board all administrative and legal authorities to implement the decision.
