Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi United Cooperative Insurance Company (Walaa) said Sunday that the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) has approved the company’s request to change its name to Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company.

The company said that all administrative and legal procedures with the authorities concerned and others shall be in process after obtaining the approval of the general assembly, according to a bourse statement.
