Cairo – Mubasher: Trans Oceans Tours said Sunday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 28 March to discuss distributing cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.

The company’s board recommended paying cash dividends worth EGP 2 million for FY16 from retained profits.

The retained profits amount to EGP 8 million, including a capital profit of EGP 3.2 million, according to a bourse filing.
