Mubasher: Al Suwadi Power said Tuesday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will discuss on 23 March the distribution of 10 baisas per share to the shareholders of the company in May/June 2017 and November/December 2017 out of the retained earnings, as per the audited financial statements for fiscal year 2016.

The OGM will also look into the board and auditor’s reports on the year which ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing

The company’s stock closed today’s session at OMR 0.195.
