Mubasher: Kuwait Insurance will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 27 March to overview the board’s recommendation of distributing 20% of the capital or 20 fils per share, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

The shareholders will also consider authorising the board to handle business with related parties for fiscal year 2017, as well as purchasing or buying 10% or less of Kuwait Insurance’s shares.
