Cairo - Mubasher: Egyptian Arabian Themar Securities Brokerage’s (EASB) ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved distributing cash dividends for 2016.

The OGM adopted the financial statements of 2016, the company added in its statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

The board recommended last February to distribute a coupon of EGP 0.05 per share.

The company’s profits rose 302.1 % during 2016 to reach EGP 5.75 million, compared to EGP 1.43 million in 2015.

The company’s stock rose 4% to EGP 0.78 in Thursday’s session.
