Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Emirates Insurance Company (EIC) said its shareholders approved 50% cash dividends, or 50 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Total dividend payout amounts to AED 75 million for FY16.
The company’s capital stands at AED 150 million, distributed on 150 million shares at AED 1 per share.
