Cairo – Mubasher: Gulf Canadian Real Estate Investment said Thursday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will discuss today the company’s financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The OGM will also look into reshaping the board of directors and adopt the financial statements for the year which ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The OGM was scheduled for 22 March and was postponed due to a lack of quorum.
