Mubasher: The general assembly of Nass Corporation has approved the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for 2016 at 5 fils per share or 5% of capital, according to a bourse filing.

Dividends total value amount to BHD 1.08 million, the company said in a statement to the Bahrain Bourse on Monday.

The company’s capital stands at BHD 22 million distributed over 220 million share, with a nominal value of BHD 0.1.
