Mubasher: The general assembly of Bahrain Ship Repairing and Engineering approved on Monday the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders for 2016 at 50 fils per share, according to a bourse filing.

The company said in a statement to the Bahrain Bourse on Monday that dividends will be distributed at 50% of capital, with a total value of BHD 9 million, the same amount distributed in the year before.

The company’s capital totals BHD 1.8 million distributed over 18 million shares, with a par value of BHD 0.10.
