Cairo – Mubasher: GMC Group for Industrial, Commercial and Financial Investments said Wednesday that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on 22 April to discuss an acquisition offer for a partial or the entire stake in GMC Engineering and Feeding Industries.

The EGM will also look into extending the company’s activity for 25 years, starting from 2017 to 2042, according to a bourse statement.
