Mubasher: The shareholders of Oman United Insurance has approved the distribution of cash dividends for the year 2016, according to a bourse filing.

Dividends will be distributed at 30 baisa per share or 30% of capital, with a total value of OMR 3 million, the company said in a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM).

Last year, the company’s profits grew by 31.7% to OMR 4.36 million compared to OMR 3.31 million in 2015.
