Abu Dubai – Mubasher: Fujairah Building Industries Co’s (FBICO) shareholders approved, during a meeting held on Saturday, a cash dividend of 5 fils per share for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The dividends amount to AED 6.8 million, representing 5% of the company’s capital, which stands at AED 135.99 million.

FBICO had previously said its annual profits surged 113.7% to reach AED 15 million in 2016, compared to AED 7.02 million in 2015.
