Cairo – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investment has approved the listing of the company’s shares on the London Stock Exchange and issuing global depositary receipts (GDRs) through transferring part of the issued capital.
The number of GDRs to be issued shall not exceed one-third of the share capital, according to a bourse filing.
The company’s shares rose on Thursday by 0.29% to EGP 10.35.
