Cairo – Mubasher: Acrow Misr’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) has voted for raising the issued and paid capital from EGP 110.1 million to EGP 330.3 million.

The raise value is EGP 220.2 million distributed across 22 million shares with a par value of EGP 10, a statement to the bourse said on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the ordinary general meeting (OGM) adopted the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, in addition to the board's and auditors' reports on the year, according to a bourse filing.
