Mubasher: Ajwan Gulf Real Estate said that the rights issue for raising its capital will be from 23 April to 7 May, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.

The company clarified that the rights issue regarding the surplus of non-subscribed shares will start on 8 May and end on 4 July.

On 9 April, the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) approved of Ajwan raising its capital by KWD 13.66 million to KWD 21 million from KWD 7.34 million.
