Riyadh – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Bupa Arabia for Cooperative will meet on 8 May to discuss the dividends distribution for 2016.

The company would distribute dividends of SAR 1.5 per share, totalling SAR 120 million and representing 15% of capital, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

Shareholders of record at the end of the meeting's date will be entitled to receive dividends.

The EGM will also vote on purchasing shares at a value of SAR 11.06 million with a maximum of 150,000 shares to be allocated for long-term incentive plan (LTIP).

The allocation will be done within a maximum period of three months from the date of the meeting, the statement said.

Moreover, the meeting will consider the board and auditors’ reports for the period ended on 31 December 2016.
