Sadara Basic Services Company, being indirectly owned 100% by Sadara Chemical Company (Sadara), is pleased to announce the commercial startup of its fourth and final polyethylene unit, the High Pressure Low Density Polyethylene train (PE Train 3).PE Train 3 began producing polyethylene (PE) product on 27/04/2017 G corresponding to 01/08/1438 H.
PE Train 3 is one of 26 manufacturing units of the Sadara complex located in Jubail Industrial City II. It joins the two Linear Low Density PE trains (PE trains 1 and 2) and the elastomers train (PE train 4), which came on stream over the last 15 months, to complete the Sadara plastics plants,the financial impact will occur during the second quarter 2017
