Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) shed 0.08% or 5.59 points to 6,911.44 points at Thursday’s open.

By 10:59 am KSA time, 53.71 million shares were exchanged through 18,770 transactions at a value of SAR 764.37 million.

The insurance sector led the red zone and decreased 0.69%, followed by the commercial services and pharma sectors which shed 0.5% each.

The banks and material sectors also slipped 0.22% and 0.04%, respectively.

Wafa Insurance led 92 losers and retreated 5.4%, while Al Khodari topped 59 gainers and increased 3.2%.

Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market went down 0.59% to stand at 4,755.74 points.

Raydan Co led the worst performers and fell 2% to SAR 28.40, while Arab Sea solely rose 3.6% to SAR 16.35.
