Dubai – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Marka approved selling shares in Cheeky Monkeys' Management Services to Evolvence Knowledge.

The OGM also agreed on setting up an authorized capital of an amount of AED 1 billion, in addition to amending its bylaws, according to a bourse filing on Monday.

The meeting nodded to the board’s and auditors’ reports for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2016 and elected new board members for the next three-year term.

The company’s budget and financial position for the period ended 31 December 2016 were also considered.
