Cairo - Mubasher: Attijariwafa Bank is planning to change the brand of its recently-acquired unit in Egypt within six months, the bank’s chairman and general director, Mohammed El Kettani, said on Sunday.

Last week, Attijariwafa completed its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Barclays Bank Egypt.

El Kettani added in a press conference in Cairo about the acquisition that the new bard will be under the name of Attijariwafa Bank.
