Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Emirates REIT said its shareholders will discuss on Tuesday, 14 June, the second proposed dividend payment of $0.04 per share for fiscal year 2016.

Total dividends amount to $11.98 million for FY16, according to a statement.

The dividends will be paid on or before 30 June 2017.

The REIT manager intends to continue the distribution of dividends to shareholders of the REIT twice a year.

Based on the REIT’s closing share price of $1.055 on 8 May 2017, this represents an annualised dividend yield of 7.6%.
