Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Arabian Themar Securities Brokerage on Wednesday posted a year-on-year rise of 171.8% in profits for the first quarter of fiscal year 2017.

Net profits reached EGP 2.99 million in Q1-17, compared to EGP 1.1 million for Q1-16, according to a bourse filing.

The company had earlier reported a net profit of EGP 5.75 million for FY16.
