Mubasher: Bahrain Duty Free Shop Complex on Wednesday announced a 22.2% increase in net profits in the first quarter of 2017, compared to the same quarter in 2016, according to a bourse filing.

Net profits reached BHD 2.2 million ($5.8 million) in Q1-17, compared to BHD 1.8 million ($4.7 million) in Q1-16.

Earnings per share (EPS) amounted to BHD 5.84 in the first three months of 2017, compared to BHD 12.69 in the same period last year.
