Riyadh – Mubasher: Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company has launched the sales of residential villas, as well as residential and commercial land plots in Naeem El Jiwar residential project.

The project is located southwest of Madinah within the borders of the Prophet's Mosque, according to a statement published on the company’s website on Monday.

Dar Al Arkan noted that the residential units in the project are ready for handing over and investing immediately.

The project consists of residential villas with unique design models that meet the needs of different customer segments, the statement added.

"The expertise and successful experiences that Dar Al Arkan gained will enable the company to play an active role in finding suitable housing solutions, supporting government initiatives in the housing sector; thus, efficiently contribute to achieving the targets of Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the field of accommodation,” said Youssef Abdullah Al Shelash, chairman of the company.

Dar Al Arkan was established in 1994 and is the largest listed real estate company in the Saudi stock market with a capital of SAR 10.8 billion ($2.88 billion) and a total asset value close to SAR 25 billion.
