Mubasher: Dhofar Bank signed a facility agreement worth OMR 50 million with the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE), according to a statement.

Under the deal, the bank will finance several infrastructure projects carried out by the PEIE in different industrial estates.

The loan will be invested in implementing vital projects such as the logistics area in Rusayl Industrial Estate, and the expansion of third and fourth phases of Nizwa Industrial Estate, the bank added.

 The deal will finance the expansion of the new phase in Raysut Industrial Estate, the expansion project of the Knowledge Oasis Muscat and the completion of a number of existing projects.
