Riyadh – Mubasher: One transaction was privately executed on Jabal Omar Development’s shares  on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) Monday, totalling SAR 3.97 million.

The transaction saw the trading of 58,390 of the company’s shares at SAR 68 per share, according to a bourse filing.

Meanwhile, Jabal Omar traded between SAR 68 and SAR 67.50.

Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
