Kuwait – Mubasher: Agility Public Warehousing settled a lawsuit filed regarding the US government’s food supply contracts, known as the main supplier contracts, of which the company was a party from 2003 to 2010.  

The settlement agreement is subject to signing a separate deal with the US Department of Justice, according to a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.

Based on the settlement, the US government has agreed to omit Agility’s name, branches, and subsidiaries from the list of the suspended companies.
