Riyadh – Mubasher: Two transactions privately executed on the Saudi Stock Exchange on the shares of the Saudi British Bank (SABB) and Middle East Healthcare Co (Saudi German Hospital) on Wednesday totalled SAR 12.6 million.

One transaction saw the trading of 195,000 of SABB’s shares at SAR 22.85 per share, totalling SAR 4.46 million, while the other involved 105,000 shares of Saudi German Hospital traded at SAR 77.50 per share and totalled SAR 8.14 million.

In the meantime, SABB's share price reached a high of SAR 22.90 and a low of SAR 22.65.

Private transactions on the stock exchange do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, or the sector indices.
