Kuwait – Mubasher: Jeeran Holding reported a growth of 1.9% in profits during the fourth quarter ended 28 February 2017 as compared to the same period of the prior year.

The earnings increased to about KWD 858,400 ($2.82 million) in Q4 ended on 28 February 2017 from approximately KWD 842,460 ($2.77 million) in the same period a year ago, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.

During the fiscal year ended 28 February this year, the profits rose by 1.5% to KWD 1.34 million from KWD 1.32 million in the past year.

The board members of Jeeran recommended zero dividends for the fiscal year.
