Kuwait – Mubasher: Salhia Real Estate has purchased a land plot of 810 square metres in Sharq area, Kuwait, for KWD 2.26 million.
The company has taken part in a public auction run by the finance ministry on Thursday.
The deal will raise the value of investment properties at the same purchase value.
