Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) saind that Alexandria Medical Services - Alexandria New Medical Center has submitted the required documents to increase its issued and authorized capital through the distribution of bonus shares.

EGX added in a statement on Wednesday that that the documents are being examined before the final review by the listing committee.

In March, the company’s general assembly approved the board of directors’ (BOD) recommendation to distribute EGP 5.32 million in the form of bonus shares, at 1 shares for each 10 ordinary shares.
