Dubai – Mubasher: Damac Properties on Wednesday launched the sale of units in the golf community AKOYA Oxygen in Dubai under the name Aurum Villas, according to a statement.

Priced at AED 1.6 million, the villas will go on sale at DAMAC Maison Royale the Distinction, Downtown Dubai from 7:00 pm until 2:00 am.

“Aurum Villas bring the ultimate golfing lifestyle to your doorstep – from a championship-standard course to PGA qualified coaches, a pro shop, state-of-the-art clubhouse, and world-class dining,” the company said.  

The developer is offering 1 kilogramme of gold with the purchase of each villa, in addition to the facility to pay 60% of the property value upon completion.
