Tadawul, Nomu end Thursday in red
Traded value reached SAR 2.43 billion on Thursday

Riyadh – Mubasher: The main index of Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) fell 1.2% or 80.94 points to close at 6,865.48 points on Thursday.

Traded value reached SAR 2.43 billion on Thursday through exchanging 149.66 million shares.

The REITs sector topped the worst performers and levelled down 2.9%, followed by the consumer services and utilities by 2.8% and 2.5%, respectively.

The banks sector also decreased 1.6%, followed by the material and telecom sectors which lost 0.8% and 0.57%, respectively.

Saudi Industrial Export led the market’s declines and fell 4.2%, while Etihad Atheeb topped gainers and grew 3.5%.

Dar Al Arkan was the most active in terms of traded values and volumes with SAR 477.25 million after exchanging 69.52 million shares. The stock closed at SAR 6.84.

Moreover, the main index (NOMU) of Nomu-Parallel Market lost 0.99% or 40.51 points to close at 4,048.07 points.

Traded volume reached 43,850 shares at a value of SAR 1.03 million.

Development Works Food led the worst performers and dropped 9.6% to SAR 85.30, while Abo Moati for Bookstores rose 2.9% to SAR 13.44.

Arab Sea was the most active in terms of traded values and volumes with SAR 277,530 after exchanging 19,840 shares. The stock closed at SAR 13.80.
