Cairo – Mubasher: The benchmark EGX30 index of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) grew at Sunday’s open by 0.22% or 30 points to the level of 13,508.94 points.

Likewise, the EGX70, EGX100, and EGX50 indices rose by 0.46%, 0.72%, and 0.34%, respectively.

By 10:46 am Cairo time, trading volume reached 93.59 million shares exchanged at EGP 112 million through 2,999 transactions.

Egyptian and foreign investors were net buyers by EGP 615,050 and EGP 2.5 million, respectively, while Arab traders were net sellers by EGP 3.14 million.

Elsewedy Electric, Domty, Orascom Telecom, SODIC, and Emaar advanced between 2.5% and 0.97%.

On the other hand, Porto, Eastern Company, HADISOLB, Heliopolis Company for Housing, and Citadel dropped between 5% and 1.23%.

The Commercial International Bank – Egypt (CIB) declined 0.05% to EGP 81.62.
